Is Lynk a broker or a direct lender?
As a direct lender, we lend from our own pool. This allows us to be more creative and flexible with real estate loans for investment properties.
What docs do you need from me?
We generally require similar documents to what banks as for. But in the beginning, we can work with just the essentials in order to give a quote.
What the mimimum credit score to get approved?
We place more weight on the potential of the real estate property you're investing in. We do look at credit, but it's not primary.
What are your rates?
Rates and fees adjust based on the overall picture. There is no set rate. We do have starting points, though. Reach out to us to discuss.
In what states do you provide real estate loans?

How are my renovation costs worked into my loan?
At closing we will deduct your rehab amount from the total disbursment. Of course, exacts will depend on the over all picture.
What is your minimum loan amount requirement?
$100k as a loan amount is our preferred minimum amount. This could vary based on deal type.
